WTPOA Service Providers
We have the following signed contracts:
1) Recycling and garbage: Allied Waste, Manager Chip Gingles, phone 434-295-4177, www.disposal.com. Garbage and recycling are both picked up on Friday. Occasionally, holidays or other delays cause these services to be delayed, in which case containers will be emptied by Monday at the latest.
2) Snow and ice clearing: Commercial Lawn Care, Manager, David Pullen, phone 434-531-1570. Snow plowing begins at 2.5 inches of accumulation, and is repeated every 2.5 inches thereafter. Piled snow is removed and ice treatments are applied as needed.
3) Landscaping: Piedmont Landscape, PO Box 1017, Troy, VA 22974, 434-953-8066. John Garvey is the managing partner.
Collier’s Towing, phone 434-295-4941, has been contracted to enforce our parking regulations. The contract commenced Monday, May 21, 2007
