WTPOA Membership
Every Owner of a Lot in Willoughby Townes shall be a member of the Association. Upon conveyance of title to any Lot to a purchasing Owner, the purchasing Owner shall become a member of the Association and the membership of the selling Owner shall terminate.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The number of directors constituting the Board of Directors shall be three (3). The directors shall be elected annually at the first meeting of the members and at each annual meeting thereafter.
